Q: I don't like my new password. Can I change it? A: Certainly! On the login page (http://www.riseman.com/login.php), check the box next to where it says 'After login, please prompt me to change my password.' After you sign on you will be prompted for a new password.
Q: I'm using the right user ID and password, but I still can't log on. What's wrong? A: User IDs and passwords are case-sensitive. This means that a capital letter is seen as completely different than a lower case version of the same letter. For example, user IDs 'RISEMAN', 'riseman', and 'Riseman' are three distinctly different values. Incorrect case is the most common cause of difficulty logging into RISEMAN.COM.
